Finance & Governance
The Finance & Governance Committee is responsible for overseeing the governance and finances of the organisation, setting budgets and seeking funding opportunities. The Committee’s roles also include developing the organisation’s marketing and exploring training opportunities for the members, as well as making recommendations to the Executive Committee on the strategic development of the county.
Youth Forum
The Youth Forum Committee represents the views of all YFC members who are under the age of 18 and ensures the voice of younger members is heard at all levels. The forum also campaigns on a number of issues effecting young people as well as arranging events and activities for junior members.
Rural Affairs
This Committee is the members’ link to rural affairs. The Committee’s aim is to share innovation, diversification and new regulations within the agricultural industry with YFC members. This is achieved through trips, study tours and events such as farm tours and presentations with the industry’s leading experts.
