Well-read youngsters take national titleA team of well-read youngsters from Pembrokeshire has scooped a national title.

Pembrokeshire YFC's junior public reading team of Daniel James, from South Pembs YFC and Eglwyswrw's Sara Edwards and Hannah Watkins beat competition from all over the country to be crowned champions at the national public speaking finals held in Stafford recently.
Coached by county trainer Edna Davies, the team had to read extracts from fantasy novel Eragon, by Christopher Paolini.
Also competing at the event was Pembrokeshire's senior after dinner speaking team, who were placed joint 5th, with Matthew Palmer, of South Pembs YFC, topping his section and Llawhaden YFC's Peter Llewellin only half a mark off the top spot in the chairman's category.
